Service Description
The Movables Platform aims to display warehouse items for the purpose of granting them to other government entities according to need, before offering them for sale. This is in accordance with Article (80) and Article (81) of Chapter Five (Sale of Movables) of the updated Government Tenders and Procurement Law, and Article (19) of the updated Government Warehouses Rules and Procedures issued by the General Court of Audit.
How It Works
A PDF-format form indicating the entity offering the warehouse items, attached with a table of all items and quantities along with some photos of the displayed movables.
Material Request Procedure:
• Issue a letter addressed to the CEO of the Saudi Irrigation Authority to obtain approval.
• Submit a material disbursement request (Form No. 7), signed and stamped with the entity's official seal, after coordinating with the Warehouses Department.
Viewing Times
Every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during the announcement period, during official working hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
