All segments of society can participate in discussing various issues and topics related to the activities of the Foundation, which may contribute to the formulation of decisions and laws, raise the level of performance, and support the mechanism for establishing appropriate procedures and services, in addition to other advantages added by electronic participation such as achieving the principle of transparency, increasing the volume of participation and its inclusion for many groups of society.

Electronic interaction and participation on the Foundation's pages through social networks means tacit approval of the terms and conditions governing these posts. The Public Authority for Irrigation hopes that visitors to its website will review the guidelines and controls set forth below, and that all participants will adhere to them. They are intended to achieve maximum benefit, adhere to the ethics of participation, and ensure proper and constructive communication and interaction between the Foundation and the participants:

• The participation should be written in clear language, taking into account the rules of classical Arabic and spelling as much as possible.
• The participant must abide by the teachings and ethics of the true Islamic religion, the national customs and traditions, and the prevailing laws of the state.
• Commitment to the etiquette of dialogue, and avoidance of racism, sectarianism, tribalism, slander, libel, and disparagement of others and their efforts.

• Respect the laws and rights of intellectual property and copying, and clarify the references and sources used in the intervention or participation.
• Not to publish personal data such as names, contact information and addresses, and not to market to any other party.
• Not to misuse the Foundation's systems for electronic participation in a way that affects its performance, level of security, speed, or continuity, or to prevent others from benefiting from it.

The Foundation pays great attention to studying, evaluating and responding to all posts in a way that is appropriate to the topics raised, while preserving the Foundation's right to publish, not publish, or partially delete what it deems inconsistent with its policies or with the laws in force in the Kingdom, which were developed to improve the management of such electronic posts, reap its positive fruits, and avoid publishing any offensive remarks, topics, or comments. The General Establishment for Irrigation is not legally responsible for publishing any negative remarks or comments through the electronic means of participation on its portal, and for all the consequences of that publication.

The results and data of social participation and opinion polls were used to improve and develop the services provided for the better, in addition to benefiting from them in improving the management of the portal in general, and focusing on information and topics of interest to all users. The data of social participation constitute building blocks of trust between the institution and the citizens, influence the right decision-making, and enhance success in developing the institution's services for them.
