Awards and Accreditations

The Public Authority for Water Resources (PWR) has been awarded the Arab Prize for Operations and Maintenance in the fourth category as the best entity applying Big Data in managing operational processes. This recognition is based on the use of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system in managing and operating irrigation projects under the Public Authority for Water Resources.

The General Authority for Irrigation in the United Arab Emirates received the Smart Government Shield Award in the category of Remote Government Work in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The award is organized by the Excellence Awards Academy in the Arab region and is a competition aimed at Arab governments and official institutions.

حققت المؤسسة العامة للري إنجازًا مميزًا بفوزها بجائزة الحكومة الرقمية العربية بدورتها التاسعة عشر 2024م عن فئة التطبيقات الذكية. يأتي هذا الإنجاز نتيجة جهودها الرامية لتطوير خدماتها وابتكار حلول رقمية متنوعة.وقد حصدت المؤسسة هذه الجائزة عن خدمتها 'شهادة تطبيق نظام الري الحديث'، التي تُعتبر وثيقة رسمية تصدر لتوثيق تطبيق نظام الري الحديث في المزارع والأنظمة الزراعية. وتهدف هذه الشهادة إلى توفير إثبات موثوق وشفاف للالتزام بمعايير ومتطلبات الري الحديث، واستخدام التقنيات والممارسات البيئية المستدامة في مجال الري. يعكس هذا الإنجاز التزام المؤسسة بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة والمساهمة في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة والحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية.
