Open Data Sharing Request

The applicant, whether a government entity, private organization, or individual requesting data sharing with the Saudi Irrigation organization , is committed to the following:

• Ensure that the requested data is among the primary data produced by the entity to guarantee that the request is made to the correct source.
• Fill out the specific forms for external data sharing and sign the data sharing agreement after the request has been reviewed by data specialists at the Saudi Irrigation organization.
• Do not distribute the data outside the specified scope of the data request and only to the authorized individuals identified.
• Do not share the transmitted data with any other party without obtaining approval from the Saudi Irrigation organization.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the transmitted data in accordance with the policies and regulations of the Saudi Irrigation organization.
• Use the shared data according to the purpose for which it was requested.
• Destroy the data after fulfilling the purpose for which it was requested and provide the SIO with a written certificate proving the data destruction and the method used.
• Do not store data outside the geographical borders of the Kingdom.
• If the data sharing request is not completed within 14 working days after receiving the agreement, the applicant must submit a new request.
